Our client needed a garden room with a vaulted roof and feature trusses to become the central element in his re development of a farmhouse in a village outside Market Harborough.
The depth of the main farmhouse was modest so the garden room needed to be a family room which would set off the rest of the property. Simple but effective details really finish a quality build which is why we at Bespoak Timber Frames use copper to flash the glazing in the place of lead which will not last as long.
We incorporated an arch brace collar truss in the centre of the garden room to really embellish a space which celebrates clean lines and natural light.
We love using local crafts men and women when possible, we were pleased to use SGS joinery Market Harborough for the oak windows and doors.
